The opening of the modern “Ümid Yaşayış Kompleksi” built by Cahan Holding in Nakhchivan has taken place. During the opening, the apartments’ keys were presented to the new residents of the complex by Fuad Nagiyev, the Authorized Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Vüqar Abbasov, the founder of Cahan Holding, stated during his speech at the event that, as a result of the policy aimed at improving the living conditions of the population in the autonomous republic, Cahan Holding has also been able to contribute in this regard. Modern buildings meeting contemporary living standards have been constructed in the “Ümid Yaşayış Kompleksi,” and service and recreational areas have been created. Fuad Nəcəfli, the Authorized Representative of the President in Nakhchivan, also mentioned that the development and modernization observed in Azerbaijan would continue in Nakhchivan, and new projects aimed at improving the housing and living conditions of the population would be implemented.
It should be noted that the foundation of the “Ümid Yaşayış Kompleksi” was laid in June 2020. The total area of the complex is 22,325 square meters and consists of four 9-story residential buildings. Each building contains 54 apartments, with either 4 or 2 rooms. In total, 192 apartments across the four residential buildings have been put into operation. The buildings are equipped with elevators.
The complex’s utility and residential conditions, as well as its social infrastructure, meet the highest modern standards. The residential complex is equipped with modern lighting, a central surveillance system for security, two 650 kVA transformers, and central ventilation systems.Two water reservoirs, one with a capacity of 500 cubic meters for fire protection and another with a 250 cubic meter capacity to meet demand, have been constructed. The apartments are also equipped with a high-speed fiber-optic network system
The newly built apartments are available for the public through both mortgage and free sales. A total of 72 apartments have been sold through mortgage loans. Additionally, 32 families have been provided with one-year interest-free internal loans, and 29 families have been granted three-year internal loans, ensuring that young families are provided with homes.
In the “Ümid” residential complex, an area of 8,460 square meters has been landscaped, creating a recreational park for residents and an entertainment park for children.
The “Ümid” residential complex, which meets modern requirements, has also had a positive impact on the employment of the population. A total of 26 shops have been opened in the complex. Furthermore, 10 new jobs have been created, with an average monthly salary of 600 manat.
