The equipment installed in the complex was brought from Turkey and Spain. These systems were assembled and made operational by local and foreign experts. Modern standard water lines have been laid from the complex to the houses, and water meters have been installed for each apartment. Landscaping work has been carried out around the complex, and repairs have been made on the road leading to it. At the same time, green strips have been planted in the yard and around the complex.
