A new residential complex in Nakhchivan City

The under-construction complex will soon contribute to the beautification of our city. The Construction sector, operating within the Commercial Companies Union of "Cahan Holding," began the construction of residential complexes in Baku and Nakhchivan cities and has successfully completed them for the use of residents in a short period of time.

Industrial Complex

"We are establishing a modern Industrial Complex by gathering all our industrial facilities in one place. One of the new projects of the 'Cahan Holding' Commercial Companies Association is the 'Cahan Industrial Complex.' The project is being implemented by the Housing Construction Department of 'Cahan Construction' LLC. According to the project, the 'Cahan Industrial Complex' will include the administrative headquarters of 'Cahan Holding' in Nakhchivan city, as well as food and industrial production facilities."

The Shahbuz City Water Treatment Plant Complex

The "Shahbuz City Water Treatment Plant Complex" is a project executed by the Water and Sewerage Lines Construction Department of "Cahan Construction" LLC. Equipment sourced from Turkey and Spain was installed by both local and international experts. Modern water lines meeting international standards have been laid to the homes, and water meters have been installed. Landscaping work and road repairs around the complex were also completed, and green belts have been created within and around the complex.

Amusement Island

In addition to factories producing food products and construction materials, the 'Cahan Holding' Companies Union has also succeeded in creating new service sectors. In 2014, the 'Entertainment Island' was opened, providing exemplary service to the public with comprehensive facilities. The shopping center, consisting of three floors with a basement, was built in a modern architectural style. The building is equipped with an elevator system, and office spaces have been made available for use. The basement is used as a large warehouse. Here, alongside products manufactured in the autonomous republic, goods from the United States, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Japan, and South Korea are also sold.

Nakhchivanchay Bridge

Nakhchivanchay Bridge, the renovation and reconstruction works of which was realized by the Apartment-Construction office of “Cahan Construction” LLC endows special magnificence to our city.Cleaning and renovation works were carried out around the bridge and the pavements were reconstructed for the comfortable and safe movement of pedestrians within the frame of this project. The paint manufactured in Italy, stainless steel mesh, facing stones produced in Baku were used in the renovation and repair works of the bridge. New and modern lighting system has been installed on the bridge and this makes the city even more aesthetically beautiful.
