Today, this facility is fully capable of providing high-quality concrete products for a number of projects.

In 2020, Cahan Construction LLC successfully completed its first project, the “Ümid” Residential Complex, and is currently constructing 7 buildings, each with 9 floors. Moreover, the Nakhchivan Mortgage Fund (Naxçıvan İpoteka Fondu) is playing a crucial role in providing these apartments to young people under favorable conditions. All credits are fully financed by the fund. During the past period of this year, another 32 families have benefited from this support and have become homeowners.
