“Cahan Tabak International” LLC Tobacco Growing Center started its operations in March 2017. The tobacco growing center is located in the Xıncab village area of the Kangarli district, covering an area of 2.6 hectares. Initially, in 2017, Virginia and Izmir oriental tobacco varieties were planted on a 9-hectare area in the Kangarli district for experimental purposes. The trials yielded good results, producing 12 tons of high-quality dry tobacco.
