The employees of “Cahan Holding” Commercial Companies Union have visited the Hüseyn Javid House Museum.
The museum displayed household and clothing items, published books of Hüseyn Javid, programs and posters of stage works, photos from performances and family pictures, paintings and other works of visual art dedicated to the poet, and more. The company employees were provided with detailed information.
On June 14, the 6th International “Caspian Energy Forum Nakhchivan – 2018” was held at the Nakhchivan Business Center.
In his speech, Vugar Abbasov, the Chairman of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, stated that one of the main duties of the Confederation is to guide entrepreneurs who wish to start their businesses in the right direction. He emphasized that the Confederation works to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, collaborate closely with government agencies and international organizations, and help maximize the use of the created opportunities. He noted that there is a favorable business environment and all necessary conditions for entrepreneurship in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Forum participants visited “Cahan Industrial Complex” LLC, where they observed the production process of panel radiators, roofing materials, and plastic pipes. The guests were provided with detailed information about the production process. It was mentioned that the high-quality products manufactured by the enterprises not only meet the local market demand but are also exported to other countries.
It should be noted that after the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, approved the “State Program for the Development of Tobacco Cultivation in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2017-2021” on August 10, 2017, “Cahan Tobacco International” has been continuously strengthening its activities in tobacco cultivation and ready product production. The company continues to expand its tobacco planting areas every year and increase productivity.
The Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Khayala Dadasova, visited the “Cahan Tobacco International” (CTI) stand and shared her positive feedback regarding the company’s contributions to the development of the Republic’s agriculture.
“Cahan Tobacco” company, which won the title of the most visited stand, will continue its active work successfully for the development of the country’s economy and will keep representing Azerbaijan with pride in the global market under the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand.
The opening of the modern “Ümid Yaşayış Kompleksi” built by Cahan Holding in Nakhchivan has taken place. During the opening, the apartments’ keys were presented to the new residents of the complex by Fuad Nagiyev, the Authorized Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Vüqar Abbasov, the founder of Cahan Holding, stated during his speech at the event that, as a result of the policy aimed at improving the living conditions of the population in the autonomous republic, Cahan Holding has also been able to contribute in this regard. Modern buildings meeting contemporary living standards have been constructed in the “Ümid Yaşayış Kompleksi,” and service and recreational areas have been created. Fuad Nəcəfli, the Authorized Representative of the President in Nakhchivan, also mentioned that the development and modernization observed in Azerbaijan would continue in Nakhchivan, and new projects aimed at improving the housing and living conditions of the population would be implemented.
It should be noted that the foundation of the “Ümid Yaşayış Kompleksi” was laid in June 2020. The total area of the complex is 22,325 square meters and consists of four 9-story residential buildings. Each building contains 54 apartments, with either 4 or 2 rooms. In total, 192 apartments across the four residential buildings have been put into operation. The buildings are equipped with elevators.
The complex’s utility and residential conditions, as well as its social infrastructure, meet the highest modern standards. The residential complex is equipped with modern lighting, a central surveillance system for security, two 650 kVA transformers, and central ventilation systems.Two water reservoirs, one with a capacity of 500 cubic meters for fire protection and another with a 250 cubic meter capacity to meet demand, have been constructed. The apartments are also equipped with a high-speed fiber-optic network system
The newly built apartments are available for the public through both mortgage and free sales. A total of 72 apartments have been sold through mortgage loans. Additionally, 32 families have been provided with one-year interest-free internal loans, and 29 families have been granted three-year internal loans, ensuring that young families are provided with homes.
In the “Ümid” residential complex, an area of 8,460 square meters has been landscaped, creating a recreational park for residents and an entertainment park for children.
The “Ümid” residential complex, which meets modern requirements, has also had a positive impact on the employment of the population. A total of 26 shops have been opened in the complex. Furthermore, 10 new jobs have been created, with an average monthly salary of 600 manat.
