The main goal of the establishment and operation of “Cahan” LLC is to meet the demand of foreign and local, physical and legal entities, as well as to generate profit from the company’s activities, while ensuring the economic interests of the company’s founders and employees.
To achieve this, initially, 200 shops, each 24 m² in size, were built in the main building of the Trade Center and around it, and handed over to entrepreneurs for use. Considering the population’s needs, over time, 100 fruit and vegetable stalls, 122 clothing stalls, and 32 more shops were built and put into operation. The rapid development of the economy of the Autonomous Republic made the expansion of the Trade Center inevitable, and the construction of the new “B” block began. In this block, 298 shops were rented out to tenants.
Within the main building of the Trade Center, 10 modern shops were built, and 37 additional shops were constructed around it, all of which were made available to entrepreneurs. To improve the level of catering services to the public, four cafeterias with a total area of 720 m² were equipped with the latest technology and opened for public service.
Later, the construction of the “C” block, which contains 198 shops, was completed and handed over for use by entrepreneurs and the public.
The ventilation system of the main building was ensured to operate at full capacity, and during the hot summer days, the building was provided with clean and cool air.
The construction of shops around the block with stone coverings significantly changed and beautified the appearance of the main building. Additionally, the roof insulation of the building was renewed.
