The shopping center, distinguished by its modern appearance and architectural style, has also created favorable conditions for ensuring the employment of the population. For reference, according to the project, the basement of the new building serves as a storage warehouse for goods and materials, the first floor is designed for children’s, men’s, and women’s clothing stores, a children’s play area, as well as a cafeteria. The second floor is designated for the sale of chandeliers, bedding, kitchenware, office furniture, soft furniture sets, curtains, bedspreads, bathroom sets, carpets, flooring, and home accessories.

Around the new building, on an area of 48,000 square meters, walking paths, walking trails, an amphitheater for children, a swimming pool, a carousel, fountains, and a paintball field have been built, creating favorable conditions for the recreation of residents and visitors to our city. In addition to providing exemplary service at the ‘Entertainment Island,’ favorable conditions for ensuring employment have also been created, with 120 people employed permanently.
