“The Construction sector, operating within the framework of the ‘Cahan Holding’ Commercial Companies Association, has started the construction of residential complexes in Baku and Nakhchivan cities and has successfully made them available for residents’ use in a short period of time.”
“Umid MTK, which started its activities as a new project under the umbrella of Cahan Holding, has begun the construction of a 11,457.4 m² residential complex in Nakhchivan city. This project will soon contribute to the beautification of our city.
The project, which is planned for implementation, will focus on preserving the national architectural style and promoting our national values by utilizing locally produced materials.
The new residential complex to be built will consist of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments in 7- and 5-story buildings.”
