The “Ümid” Residential Complex plays an important role in improving the housing and living conditions of the population in the ongoing construction and development work in Nakhchivan. Every year, new residential buildings are constructed, and existing buildings are renovated and made available for use. The implemented projects further improve the communal and living conditions for families, and they are met with satisfaction by the residents.

Cahan Holding Commercial Companies Union has also benefited from the created conditions and actively participates in the social and economic development of the autonomous republic through its own projects.

One such project is the “Ümid” Residential Complex located in the 49th neighborhood of Nakhchivan city, which was opened today. The foundation of the residential complex was laid in June 2020, and its total area is 22,325 square meters.

Within the complex, 20,300 square meters of construction work has been carried out, and 4 residential buildings with 9 floors each have been constructed.

Each of the nine-story buildings contains 54 apartments. On each floor, there are 6 apartments: 4 three-room apartments with an area of 96.1-95.2 square meters, and 2 two-room apartments with an area of 81.80 square meters. In total, 192 apartments have been made available in the four residential buildings. One of the apartments was allocated to a martyr’s family, and 72 apartments were sold with mortgage loans.
